What Should I Wear to Class
When it comes to what to wear to a salsa class, comfort is key. You want to wear something that allows you to move freely and easily, without restricting your range of motion.
Many people choose to wear clothing that is light, breathable, and moisture-wicking, such as yoga pants or athletic shorts. Women often opt for a comfortable, flowing skirt or dress, while men typically wear loose-fitting pants or shorts.
It’s also a good idea to wear shoes that are comfortable and provide good support, such as dance sneakers or jazz shoes. Avoid wearing high heels or shoes with a slippery sole, as these can be difficult to dance in and increase the risk of injury.
Overall, the most important thing is to wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable, so that you can focus on learning and enjoying the dance.
